The Marketplace

The Marketplace is envisioned to be an inviting, walkable gathering place that all of Wellington can enjoy. Inspired by iconic towns across Florida and the United States, such as Palm Beach’s Worth Avenue, Park Avenue in Winter Park, Fla., and Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Ct., this enclave will support a diverse range of mixed uses and celebrate the best of Wellington’s lifestyle.

Subject to Village of Wellington approval, The Marketplace will include a luxury boutique hotel, residences, new shops and restaurants, lushly landscaped common spaces, and Class-A offices.

Wellington Lifestyle Partners has partnered with the renowned, New York-based architecture and design firm Morris Adjmi Architects to bring The Marketplace to life.
